  • Founder/ Lead Aesthetic Provider

    Hi there! My name is Jazmin and I am the owner of 23 Aesthetics. I’m a Physician Assistant Aesthetic Injector and I LOVE what I do. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Health Science at the University of Central Florida, (Go Knights!) My Masters Degree in Science was completed at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. I acquired my Botox and Dermal Filler certification in Chicago, Illinois and continued my education in Miami, Florida. My favorite treatments to perform are Botox and lip filler. I am all about subtly enhancing your beautiful features to achieve a natural looking result. I am so excited to meet you!

    Hi there! My name is Susana. As a licensed medical esthetician with years of experience, I'm passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. I also hold a health coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, which allows me to take a holistic approach to skincare. I believe that skin health goes beyond just the products you use-it's about overall wellness. I love educating my clients and making them feel heard and seen, helping them feel more confident in their own skin.

    Hi! I'm Thalia, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Raised in the Northeast, my career began in New York City as a beauty copywriter, where I discovered my love for skincare, aesthetics, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. I transitioned into nursing through an accelerated program and worked as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum. I’ve been living in Port St. Lucie and working in aesthetics since 2021—first as a nurse and now as a Nurse Practitioner. I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. Today, I get to combine my love for beauty and medicine to help people look refreshed and feel their best. I’m all about enhancing confidence with natural-looking results. When I’m not injecting, you can find me at the beach, traveling, or spending time with my husband, two dogs, and two bunnies. I can’t wait to be part of your aesthetic journey!

    Heather Baldriche is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with 13 years of experience in healthcare. Born and raised in Miami, Fl, she moved to West Palm Beach in 2009 to begin her career as a Registered Nurse. Over the next 10 years, she specialized in open heart surgery resuscitation, intensive care, and post-anesthesia care. In 2019, Heather graduated with her Masters degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, and has been working in General Surgery for the past 3 years. She has a true love for nursing as a profession and an instinctual ability to provide quality care for her patients. Her goal was always to combine her love for nursing with her passion for aesthetics. As an NP Aesthetic injector, Heather is able to help patients feel and look their best. Aside from her career in nursing, Heather is a wife and mother of 2 boys. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, fitness, boating, and shopping. Her favorite hobby though is cheering on her boys at baseball game

    Hello! My name is Haylee and I am a certified Physician Assistant with a passion for wellness and aesthetics. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida and my Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. My training in aesthetics and wellness was completed in Miami before I made the move to beautiful Palm Beach. I believe that true health goes beyond just looking good—it’s about feeling your best inside and out. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me at the beach with my dog, Luna!
